Health Visiting 0-5 Years

For:

The Health Visiting Service provides information and support from the antenatal period through the first five years of a child’s life. Support covers feeding, healthy growth and development, emotional wellbeing and access to services. The team also provides advice at local baby clinics and by telephone from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

About the team

The Healthy Family Team works with families and other professionals to support positive outcomes. Health visitors provide scheduled contacts and can arrange additional home visits where needed. Community nursery nurses can support families with behaviour, toilet training, sleep and fussy eating.
