Supporting community projects that help families grow, thrive and stay healthy

Social Value Grants – Currently Closed

The Lancashire Health Visiting and School Nursing Service Social Value Grant programme is currently closed to new applications.

We previously offered Social Value Grants to support community projects that help children, young people and families grow, thrive and stay healthy across Lancashire.

The funding window has now ended and the information previously available on this page, including the application form and terms of reference, has been removed while we review and update the programme.

We are currently considering changes to the process and criteria for future funding rounds. Once the updated information has been agreed, new guidance and application details will be published on this page.

Please check back for updates.
