Within primary school, the school nursing service is available to support your children with a multitude of problems. We will conduct the National Child Measurment Programme within Reception and Year 6 and ask parents of Reception age children to complete a health questionnaire; while giving our Year 6 pupils the opportunity to complete the questionnaire themselves.
